On Sept 5 after approximately 50 days on the road and 4273km, we crossed this bridge that took us from Indiana over to Kentucky. Earlier in the summer we rode from Louisville Ky to Buffalo Ny.
In total, our 2012 ride from Calgary Alberta to Buffalo NY works out to 5373 km. For all our 2012 trips, including the 2 months in NZ, we have 8,895 km of riding.
When we came through Buffalo on the way home, we took the time to visit The Anchor Bar for Buffalo Chicken Wings. Didn't taste at all like Buffalo meet.
You would think we'ed want a break, but after being home for less than a week, we're starting to make plans for our next tour. Shirley wants to visit her brother Paul in Florida. We are looking at riding along the seashore from Norfolk Va to Port Charlotte Fl. Maybe in November? Maybe eat a bunch of seafood? Maybe work on keeping our tans up?
