We'll be following the Adventure Cycling Association's Trans-America route. If you were following our Blog, you recall that we last rode from Louisville to Buffalo.
We have a total of approximately 122,000 feet of uphill to ride over the next two months. This is the profile of the route. The Vertical Scale is thousands of feet and the horizontal scale is thousands of miles. We do everything in miles, as we are in the USA most of the time.
In the fall, we plan to put on a multimedia show highlighting our photography.
But your readers are in Canada. I want my kilometers and meters! And even your percent grades are wrong: if a mile is 1.6 km, then 10% grade will be listed as 16%. No fair.
