At last the shores of Erie

We travelled along the shore of Lake Erie on the final stage of this trip.

There was almost always a paved shoulder.

At Ashtabula Ohio's marina, we turned East towards Buffalo,

picking up the brisk prevailing tailwinds and 90 degree + afternoons.

We could cycle in these temperatures, but we had to keep moving.
